Attached is the power point from the Town Meeting.  Here are the details for two of the upcoming events:
  • Join Boulder Watershed Collective this Thursday (Feb 16) at 4pm behind the Finn house at the driveway at 1050 Pine Street (at the big wood pile). All Gold Hill residents are invited to join Rob Walker, forester with the Boulder Valley Conservation District and Jason Bullis, the contractor with Colorado Forestry Management who is conducting the fire mitigation, for a short tour and discussion about the forestry work on the North side of town. Bring your questions!
  • Join BWC and the Arapaho Roosevelt Forest for a live slash pile burn up Magnolia Road. This event will occur the week of Feb 20th when weather conditions are appropriate.  If you register on the BWC website you will be notified 24 to 48 hours with a confirmed date, location and time. This is an opportunity to learn about weather conditions, regulations and operational considerations with USFS pile burning.
Let me know if you need any other info.  Thanks for making time for me to present.
