It’s not too late to participate in the Wildfire Partners Community Chipping Program this year.
We are working with private contractors to provide free chipping services to communities of five or more neighboring Boulder County homeowners.

The next Boulder County CWPP Community Engagement Open House is happening soon.

What time: 9-11 a.m.
This is an opportunity for residents from Gold Hill, Sunshine Canyon, Sugarloaf, and Fourmile Canyon to learn, ask questions and provide input on their wildfire concerns, needs and challenges. This is an open house format so it will be in person only. We will have several stations set-up on topics: Response and Alert, Forest Management, Community Preparedness and Outreach and Education and a CWPP/Comment station. Coffee and light snacks will be provided.

Jeffrey Logan – Jeffrey has 35 years of experience in clean energy policy analysis and international development. He recently retired from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory to join Wildfire Partners and help Boulder County citizens mitigate the risk of fire. He has published and spoken around the world on energy and climate change topics and was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nepal and China. Jeff has two daughters in college in California, and enjoys travel, hiking, biking, cooking, and skiing.

Ruby Zolot – Ruby is a farmer and gardener passionate about sustainable land stewardship and climate action. She received her undergraduate degree in Cultural Anthropology from Purchase College and is attending CU Boulder’s Master’s of the Environment Sustainable Food Systems graduate program. In her spare time, Ruby enjoys reading, writing, playing guitar, cooking, exploring, and being a student of life.
