Our Gold Hill clean up on Saturday went very well.  There were some glitches with Western Disposal, but it all turned out fine.  The weather was good and all the volunteers were wonderful. I want to thank everyone involved!   Thanks so much to Brian for letting us use the Bluebird parking lot, to Max Yeager for mashing down the trash with his machine, and to Val Crist, Maggie Simms, Toni Shaller, Marcus Moench, Elisabeth Caspari, and Dan Maedke for all their help during the day.  The County folks were great and super helpful, too.  We got rid of gobs of trash, some electronics, old refrigerators, etc., everyone pitched in, and all the contributions paid for the two trash dumpsters!  So, thanks to all the townsfolk, too, who all pitched in and helped one another.  Isn’t it nice to know so much junk is gone from town!
