Please pass this on to your folks for the Parade on the 4th.

Floats should be in line before 11:30 to avoid being trapped in the traffic rerouting. Floats from the subdivision go up Suicide and stage facing westbound on Hill St on the north side of the road. Floats may stage earlier and attend the pancake breakfast. Floats from the west of Gold Hill and fire engines stage on Gold Hill Rd on the north side. Instruct floats and apparatus to go up to first driveway on the left to turn around. These floats and fire engines may stage earlier and attend the pancake breakfast. Walkers in the parade will stage by the town garden in front of the fire station. Kids riding engines will be assigned. No staging floats on College.

Water squirting is forbidden. A horse was squirted in the face last year and had to be put to pasture because it ruined its demeanor for allowing riders. We have also had babies in strollers soaked and senior citizens too. 

Also, the parade is only going around once.
