Elections is also inviting people to consider being a backup for the June Primary.  The Ballot Processing positions have been filled and hired for; however, we want to be prepared in the event one of our teams or temporary staff can no longer work and needs to be replaced.  We are taking extra precautions due to COVID-19, but we need to be ready for anything since the Election must go on!

Attached is a job flyer labeled, “Backup.Election.Worker.Positions” –  this reflects backup positions and schedules we currently have open.

If interested in being a backup for Election work in the June Primary, please respond to electionpositions@nullbouldercounty.org with the following information:

  • Your full name, as it appears on your Voter Registration
    • If you go by a nickname, please provide that, as well
  • Preferred phone number
  • Which position(s) interests you
  • Your availability from June 1st through July 9th
  • Your party affiliation
  • If you are bilingual, include the language(s) you are fluent in
  • List prior Election work experience, if applicable
  • Any questions you might have

Please know, too, that we will be increasing the size of our teams for the November General Election.  We will have more work opportunities to offer then – let us know if you’d also like to be added to our contact list for later this year.

Feel free to share with family and friends!  Thank you, and we look forward to hearing from you all!

Respectfully,

The Boulder County Election Hiring Team
