We will be opening two drop-in help centers on Thursday, October 3. We have had our mental health professionals on-site at the Disaster Assistance Centers and the evacuation shelters while those were operational. The drop-in help centers are a means to continue to provide people impacted by the floods direct access to mental health crisis support. Check out website for the latest updates:www.mhpcolorado.org

ANNOUNCEMENT:

Mental Health Partners is opening drop-in help centers to assist residents impacted by the recent floods. These drop-in help centers provide immediate mental health crisis services for residents coping with anxiety, sadness, depression, fear, sleeplessness, anger and other emotional distress. These services are available for children, teens, adults and seniors. No appointments are necessary and no personal identification is required. There is no charge for up to three drop-in contacts. The drop-in help center in Longmont at the OUR Center includes Spanish-language services.

MHP Drop-in Help Center locations:

Boulder:

• Mental Health Partners, 1000 Alpine (1/2 block west of Broadway and south of Boulder Community Hospital)

Longmont:

• OUR Center, 303 Atwood St. – English and Spanish-language services at this location

Hours for all MHP Drop-in Help Center locations:

Monday-Friday:                12:00 noon – 7:00 p.m.

Saturday:                             9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
