Low-Income Energy Assistance available Nov. 1

Boulder County, Colo. – LEAP, the Low-Income Energy Assistance Program, will begin accepting applications on Tuesday, Nov. 1, and will take applications through April 30.

LEAP assists low-income households with paying winter heating bills. Income criteria and other eligibility factors apply.
