From 04:00-05:00 on Tuesday, October 17^th, BRETSA will be completing routine maintenance to the Firewalls. This will result in an Internet outage for approximately 15 minutes, although we are leaving extra time in the maintenance window for unforeseen circumstance. The following services will be affected: MDC’s in the field for County Units and all outside agencies will disconnect, CCIC on MDC’s, CAD CCIC access, paging via SMTP, the CAD to RMS spill, Visinset Browser access, VPN tunnels for outside agencies back into BRETSA.   

 

What this means to us…. Our digital pagers, I am responding, Slack, smart phone texting will all not work for that period of time. If you have a monitor, use it. If not, reach out to someone who does and have them call you on the chance we get a call.
