The Glendi at the Salina Schoolhouse is back! Weds March 2, 6-9 pm. I’m still recovering from knee surgery, so we will have slower dances and some listening music. Also, I’ll need extra help with tables, chairs and vacuuming; please let me know if you can help.

Always good food, amazing music, and the chance to get up and move as much or as little as you like.

Neighbors, folkdancers, musicians, locals and visitors, families, friends and singles; all are welcome. Potluck at 6 (feed the musicians) then music from 7 till 9 pm with traditional folk dance music from around the world, usually Greek plus other Balkan flavors. Free dance lessons for beginners. This month the Glendi Band will feature James Hoskins, Julie Lancaster, Brett Bowen, Dexter Payne, Mark Brissenden and Jesse Manno!
