Hey folks, we need your input!  This is a VERY SHORT and sweet survey. Like 3 or 4 questions and an invitation to provide comment. 

And what is this about again? Article II: Membership / Section A, Eligibility defines who we are.  How do we qualify “resident” and “property owner”?  Do we want to set a residency requirement? Do we want to embrace the term “homeowner”?
