  fuel? Do we have a list of what Chief Finn would order and how

  often? Who can take on this role? ADMINISTRATIVE:

● Emails have been piling up for Chief Debroux. What is our agreement and understanding with Fourmile for timeshare on an Administrator to assist with emails? Ordering? Ect? Can we offer more funds from our department to have that individual help with the more administrative tasks that Chief Debroux currently does not have time for?

BUDGET- Bank Signers and Purchasing for the Department- Boyd- Need to look at the current outdated list of signers and replace signers and those with purchasing power.

● Petty Cash- What is a fair amount to have in reserve so volunteers can buy/restock basic equipment? $500.00 in cash in a locked box in the office?
