BCSO’s response to a question about reverse 911 (Everbridge in Boulder County) and
anti-spam settings on landlines:
Everbridge does not have the functionality to get around Robo caller
or anti-spam software. It is simply waiting for voice
recognition before it starts delivering its message. If it was
faced with a “press 1” prompt it would just try to deliver its
voice message but never make it to the recipient.

Dispatch Supervisor
Boulder County Sheriff
