Each year, the Gold Hill History Museum presents a topic of interest to the local community, and afterwards, those materials go on display as a featured exhibit in the museum for the public to enjoy.

2022 Community Outreach: Gold Hill’s Connection to the Sand Creek Massacre

Members of the Gold Hill community learned the history of our town’s unfortunate connection to the Sand Creek Massacre – and the wrongs committed against the people whose ancestral land our town sits upon.
