Gold Hill Community Flower Gardener Needed 

The best volunteer job in Gold Hill, hands down, is gardening at the Fire Barn flower garden.

• It’s a summer job.  The rest of the year, the garden knows what to do.
• It’s a party, actually.  You organize your friends and neighbors to bring their weeding tools to dig out the grass and weeds once or twice in the spring.  Weed-whack the grass around the garden to make it neat, and voila!
• Everyone in town thanks you.  It’s a feel-good job.
• Old hands who have enjoyed this job in the past will nurture you along your first season.
