Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners at the time and place specified above. All persons interested in the following item(s) are requested to attend such hearing and aid the Commissioners in their consideration.

Docket BCCP-09-0001: BOULDER COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVISION (Gold Hill Townsite Plan)

Request for approval for incorporation into the Land Use Code.  On December 16, 2009, the Boulder County Planning Commission adopted the Gold Hill Townsite Plan into the Boulder County Comprehensive Plan and recommended to the Board of County Commissioners approval of Docket BCCP-09-0001 for incorporation into the Land Use Code.
