The Glendi at the Schoolhouse returns this Wednesday August 3, 6-9 pm. We have missed it! Fabulous music (the Glendi band is truly world class), good food (thank you potluckers), and the chance to get up and move as much or as little as you like.

Neighbors, folkdancers, musicians, locals and visitors, families, friends and singles; all are welcome. Potluck at 6 (feed the musicians) then music from 7 till 9 pm with traditional folk dance music from around the world, usually Greek plus other Balkan flavors. Free dance lessons for beginners. This month the Glendi Band will feature James Hoskins, Julie Lancaster, Brett Bowen and Dexter Payne.

Looking ahead, back to first Wednesdays, but next month is uncertain because Boulder’s Greek Festival at St Peter and Paul on Jay Road will be Friday Sept 9 through Sunday Sept 11: http://www.tasteoforthodoxy.org/
