Drug Take Back Day

Public Information & Community Outreach Specialist Carrie Haverfield from Boulder County Sheriff’s Office

On Saturday, April 30th, the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office, along with other public safety agencies, will team up with the Drug Enforcement Administration to give the you an opportunity to prevent pill abuse and theft by ridding your home of potentially dangerous expired, unused and unwanted prescription drugs. The service is free and anonymous, no questions asked.

We cannot accept liquids, needles or sharps, only pills or patches.

Stop by one of these locations (they are held at the addresses below, which may not be the police/sheriff station) from 10:00am-2:00pm:

-Boulder County Sheriff (5600 Flatiron Pkwy, Boulder)
-Boulder County Sheriff – Lyon’s Substation (432 5th Ave, Lyons)
-Boulder Police Department (1750 33rd St, Boulder)
-Erie Police (1000 Telleen Ave, Erie)
-Lafayette/Erie Police (745 N. US HWY 287, Lafayette)
-Longmont Police (1950 Mountain View, Longmont)
-Nederland Police (20 Lakeview Dr, #104, Nederland)
