There is a Buick LeSabre that has been parked outside our house (on College Street – Gold Hill) since the weekend, with the back windows open. It has a Uni Hill parking permit on it. Would you mind sending a message out to the list to ask if anyone knows who it might belong to? If it is associated with somebody up here, they should at least roll the windows up.
