Hi John,

We are aware of the (dust) problem, and I am attempting to free up the resources we need to apply dust control.  I anticipate we will be there either tomorrow or on Saturday, as we are expecting rain Friday afternoon.  Please pass the word that we will get this taken care of as soon as possible.
