Yesterday at 3AM, someone drove into our construction site on Dixon road, got out of their vehicle looking for goodies when they set off our motion detector lights at which point they got back in their truck and drove off with lights off before I could get down there and welcome them.  Apparently, the “Free Lunch” folks are looking into our area again.
