Joint Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners and Planning Commission PRESENTER: Land Use Department Public Hearing: Docket DC-12-0003 Amendments to Oil and Gas Development Regulations; The Board of County Commissioners and the Planning Commission will consider proposed amendments to Article 12 of the Boulder County Land Use Code (oil and gas regulations), to include a phasing program for Development Plan Review applications or permits.

ACTION REQUESTED: The Board of County Commissioners will take no action at this time. The Planning Commission will decide on a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners, which will be considered by the Commissioners at their public meeting Thursday, June 6, 2013 at 3:30 p.m.
