I’m happy to announce we have secured a location for the Zero Waste Event Planning workshop, long planned for Gold Hill.  The evening of Sept. 27^thworks best for our speakers and for the school, which has agreed to host the workshop.

As you have requested, we’ll focus on volunteer recruitment, retention and training during this workshop.   Please feel free to invite your most reliable volunteers to attend and contribute their perspective.   I will provide Zero Waste cookies and tea.

One short note about weather:  I’m sure it will be a beautiful night in Gold Hill.   If school is somehow cancelled that date in either Gold Hill or in the Boulder area, we will postpone again.   Sure hoping we have a fine gathering with fruitful discussion.
