Ballot drop-off sites, election service centers open this weekend through Tuesday, June 26

Boulder County, Colo. – Drive-by ballot drop-off sites will be available this Saturday, Monday and Tuesday for voters in Boulder County’s June 26 primary election.

Boulder County’s three primary election service centers will also be open Saturday, Monday and Tuesday for voters who need to request a replacement ballot or drop off a voted ballot. The centers are also available to help county residents update their voter information or vote in person on an ADA-accessible voting machine or paper ballot.

It is too late for voters to return their ballot by mail. Please return them to a drop-off site or service center.

Drive-by drop-off sites (open 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday; 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday; and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday):

•           Boulder County Clerk & Recorder’s Office, 1750 33rd St., Boulder

•           Drive-up Ballot Collection, 534 Terry St., Longmont

•           Steinbaugh Pavilion, 824 Front St., Louisville. (Note: On Saturday, Louisville’s drop-off site will temporarily move around the corner to Spruce Street to accommodate the farmers market.)

The Clerk & Recorder’s Office sent ballots to Democratic, Republican and American Constitution Party voters for the Tuesday, June 26, primary election. The primary is being conducted entirely by mail ballot. Each mailed ballot packet includes the list of service centers as well as ballot drop-off points.

Voters who have not received a ballot or who have questions about their ballot can email vote@nullbouldercountyvotes.org, call 303-413-7740 or visit an election service center for more information. Voters who have filled out and returned their ballots can check www.BoulderCountyVotes.org to make sure their voted ballot has been received by the Boulder County Elections Division. They can also visit the website to view ballot content or find more information about the election.

Key dates for the 2012 Primary Election:

• Now through 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 26: Voters requesting a replacement ballot can apply for and receive one in person at one of three service centers.
• Monday, June 25: Clerk & Recorder Hillary Hall will host a primary election open house from 5-6:30 p.m. at the Ballot Processing Center, 1750 33rd St., Boulder.
• Tuesday, June 26: Primary Election Day. Ballots must be in hands of Boulder County Clerk & Recorder’s Office no later than 7 p.m.
