IPWA Open House and Presentation

The Indian Peaks Wilderness Alliance is sponsoring its annual Open House and Winter Lecture from 7 – 8:30 p.m., Monday, March 12th at
the Boulder Ranger District Forest Service Office, 2140 Yarmouth Ave., Boulder.
Forest Service volunteers and rangers will host an Open House with light refreshments at 7 p.m. and the presentation will begin at 7:30 p.m. featuring Boulder Daily Camera columnist Jeff Mitton, from CU’s Department of Biology and Evolutionary Biology, and Scott Ferrenberg, IPWA scholarship recipient. The slideshow and discussion will be: “Climate warming spreads bark beetles into susceptible, high-elevation forests”
