Further conversation on Chief command vehicle

Kent sent email but did not receive email back regarding the maltese

changes. At this time I think we will move forward with the agreed

upon maltese unless we identify we have another month in which case

I will try again.

Fire Code- Kent has new contact with Nederland Fire Marshall and

will work on setting up a meeting with him for January/February

regarding fire code and what we should be looking at to improve town

safety.

V ote to cancel the December meeting?

Holiday party- results from the most recent survey revealed 75% of

respondents favored a Thursday, December 4 or Thursday, December

18 party. Kent will send email out to confirm everyone could attend

one or the other. 80% of respondents reported they wanted food

catered. Both the inn and the general store were contacted. The inn

reported that they could not accommodate the two dates that ended up

being chosen by volunteers and that they could not provide food. The

general store reported that they could accommodate the two dates and

could provide food. We will be holding the event at the general store.

What gifts/items should we purchase for volunteers? Gloves?

Stickers, Personal Med bags? Personal stethocopes? Personal

reflective vests?

GRANTS- Boulder Climate Equity grant for home hardening?

COLLABORATION- CWPP- Any update on $$ for signage? Kiosks?

WEBSITE- Website is updated to be ADA compliant with temporary trial. We

need to add the cost of the feature into the budget.

COMMUNITY EVENTS/FUNDRAISING-

PARKING/TOURISM/TOWN CONGESTION

Another meeting is coming up at the beginning of December. Need to

meet with the Sheriff as a board in the offseason to address concerns.
