A day of Karma Yoga at the Ashram, Saturday, September 20th at 9:30 am.  The Ashram is needing help tidying up – odd jobs, cleaning, organizing, etc.  We would love to have your support!  Lunch provided around 12:30.  There is no required time of going or staying, simply arrive and offer what you can.
