Good Morning,

Attached is a file of duties for this year’s Gold Rush, which will take place Saturday, September 13th.  I complied the list from those that volunteered two years ago.
Please confirm that you will be volunteering for these same duties…or if you would like to do something else.  Also we need some new volunteers to fill in the ???? – let me know if you can help during this great event that will help our community.

Gold Hill Gold Rush September 13th
Hi there:
We are closing in on the Gold Rush and below are the areas of responsibility that were volunteered the last time.
Let me know if you can cover these areas, or if I left something off.
SETUP TIME 7:30 am – 9 am
Gold Rush is from 9 am to 3 PM
Dave Sturtz Get and return tents from fire barn
Bring trailer
Debra to provide a tent as well
John Sand Set up grill(s) for making brats
Set up tents where needed.
General assistance for the event
Richard Oxley Help set up tents and tables
Cherry Sand Tear down tents and tables and repack them to Dave Sturtz’ trailer
Have a money belt or tray for taking monies.  Tony will have change
Joann Cole Advertising – many venues –
Craft People – show people where they will be stationed,
help them with set up
take monies for the space.  Tony will have change
Gretchen D. Take charge of the center area of the event
??? Handle and price rummage sale items as they arrive
Joann Cole Setup and tear down of this area
Have a container for monies
Val and Barry Sell beers, beverages and brats
Sturtz Work directly with John Sand who will be making brats
Deb has a change box – OK – Debra
Joan and Arthur Make signage and put it up at all entrances into Gold Hill and at the bottom of the canyons
Few
Crystal and Bill In charge of musicians and keeping the music going.

We will NOT be using amplifacation equipment.  We will be acoustic.
Tony Get brats from Costco Deb may have enough of these
Get beer and ice
Get bottled water and Izzy drinks from Costco
Get Tablecoverings
Get baggies for cookies and muffins.
Get cups and creamer and sugar for coffee
Get labels for pricing baked goods
Take change box
Take extension cords
Get napkins for brats
We’ll need rolls for the brats and we also had saurkraut (4 large bags in a crockpot) which was a big hit.
